Maya Aji APRN, FNP-BC

Maya Aji, ARPN, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner practicing at the Southwest Pulmonary Associates location in Plano, Texas. 

Maya was born and raised in India, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Navodaya College of Nursing in Raichur. After relocating to the United States in 2006, she earned her Master of Science from Texas Woman's University in Dallas, Texas. Maya has worked in various ICU settings over the past 20 years. 

Maya is an American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), a Texas Board of Nursing Certified Registered Nurse, and an American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) certified Critical Care Registered Nurse. She is also Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certified by the Emergency Nurse Association.

Maya is married with three young children. She enjoys volunteering and traveling in her free time.
