Dr. Blackmon joined Southwest Pulmonary Associates in 2002. Dr. Blackmon currently serves as the Co-Director of the Intensive Care Unit at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Plano. He is a native Texan and is married with five children. He is passionate and active in his church choir and community.
